The Role:

As an Account Manager II, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of clients with growing complexity and strategic importance. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, proactively driving adoption, retention, and growth through expert guidance and solution alignment.

What you'll do:

  • Own a portfolio of mid-to-large accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.

  • Lead renewal and upsell discussions to expand product adoption and drive revenue growth within assigned accounts.

  • Forecast and track key account metrics, using data insights to identify opportunities for improvement and value expansion.

  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure solutions are delivered on time and to scope, proactively addressing risks or escalations.

  • Lead quarterly business reviews and communicate client performance outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with Sales to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client portfolios.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles in SaaS or healthcare solutions including direct exposure to revenue cycle management (RCM), eligibility verification, or payer data workflows.

  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and communicate with senior stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.

  • Confident communicator capable of influencing internal and external decision-makers.
