As our inside Account Manager you will be the go-to between our German, Austrian and Swiss Retail Partners as well as the Sales representatives in the field. You will build and maintain relationships with your assigned retail partners as you are the point of contact for many of their questions. Taking full ownership of administrative tasks, onboarding partners and business support requests. You are the brains and hands for the sales representatives in the field, working closely together as equals to make sure our partners have everything they need to provide outstanding service and to grow together with VanMoof. 


Sales figures will be supported when building and maintaining an outstanding relationship with our resellers. Make sure your accounts are feeling confident with our products by helping them to Training, Onboarding and showing them the online tools they can use. You are the liaison between Support, Operations and our Sales team. Align with your colleagues on a daily basis to see if there is anything you can help with by being their inside colleague at VanMoof. Together with the outside sales representative you are managing the area appointed to you, both proactive and responsive. 


What you’ll do:

  • You are co-responsible for the partner network in the DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) region.
  • The first point of contact for our retail partners (both Sales and Service) as well as our sales representatives in the field.
  • Resolve escalations in a creative and timely manner.
  • Lead continuous improvements to keep the partner network happy and moving.
  • Build, maintain and expand relationships with our partners.
  • Work on understanding the technicalities of our bikes.
  • Find and onboarding new partners, handling administrative tasks and support partners where needed.
  • Closely working with Support, Operations and your Sales team to support partners with all kinds of requests.
  • Visit partners when needed, approx 2 days/month.


What you'll bring:

  • 2+ years experience in commercial (B2B) or senior Support roles. 
  • Proven track record in customer facing problem solving.
  • Business/entrepreneurial mindset to go the extra mile.
  • Passion and curiosity for the e-bike industry.
  • Proactive team player and good communicator. 
  • Ability to hit the ground running from day one.
  • Native German and Good English speaker.
  • Drivers licence.
