We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Comperemedia sales team in the Chicago office. In addition to be being an exceptional individual sales performer, this person will possess strong knowledge and interest in market research principles and disciplines. This position is responsible for managing and enriching account relationships while driving industry leading renewals and growth for our on-demand solutions.
You should have a proven track record of delivering return on investment and achieving sales targets as you will be responsible for negotiating contracts with our highly valued clients. You should be strategic, creative and first and foremost, a trustworthy partner to the businesses we support.
This is a Hybrid position based in Chicago.

A Practitioner: You should have at least 4 years of sales success, with a focus on account management, a track record of selling consultancy solutions to the C-suite and/or Senior leadership level. You possess and apply practical and technical skills, knowledge, and experience related to sales and customer services.

Consultative Sales and Research Knowledge: You are able to digest clients’ requests and translate their business needs into actionable research projects ideas.

Client-Obsessed: Your clients are your number one priority and developing trust and rapport are at the forefront of your mind at all times. You are driven by bringing the right solutions to their business to elevate their brand.

Commercially-minded: You have a proven track record of delivering return on investment and achieving sales targets.

Great communicator: You have extremely polished verbal and written communication skills, and can adapt your communication style to suit each client, your team and across teams.

Short and long-term focused: You have an understanding of the immediacy of winning this month’s team sales results, while making the appropriate adjustments to ensure the same for the next 6-12 months.

The below reflects the range of base salary for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and qualifications. The salary range for this role is: $80,000 USD to $100,000 USD.
