The Role
JumpCloud is growing our team in India and seeking a Commercial Account Manager to support our North American and LATAM markets. In this role, you will manage a hybrid Book of Business consisting of both direct customers and channel partners. You will own the full commercial lifecycle—driving renewals, securing expansions, and ensuring long-term retention across your portfolio.
What You Will Deliver
You will act as the commercial owner for your territory, managing a high-volume portfolio. Your primary focus is protecting revenue through timely renewals and identifying upsell opportunities by analyzing customer usage data and health metrics.
For direct customers, you will lead commercial negotiations and value discussions. For partner-managed accounts, you will collaborate with the channel ecosystem to drive mutual growth. You will own forecasting and reporting on Net ARR, while collaborating with Customer Success and Marketing to ensure your customers are enabled and successful.
Location & Schedule
Location: India (Hybrid, 2-3 days in office) - Kormangala
Schedule: You must be willing to work North American business hours (Night Shift) to support customers in US/LATAM time zones (6pm to 3am IST)
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Proven background in Account Management, Inside Sales, or Renewals (SaaS experience preferred).
The Schedule: Commitment to working US business hours is mandatory.
The Skillset: Strong negotiation skills, ability to manage a high volume of accounts, and proficiency in CRM/Forecasting.
The Mindset: A hunter/farmer hybrid mentality focused on hitting retention and expansion targets.

Where you’ll be working/Location:
This role is hybrid in the country of India. You must be located in and authorized to work in India to be considered for this role.
This hybrid role is based in the Bengaluru metro area and requires team members to spend a few days each week in the office. You are able to work remotely when not in the office.

JumpCloud® has teams in 15+ countries around the world and conducts our internal business in English. The interview and any additional screening process will take place primarily in English.
