  • Strong foundation in HR management or recruitment processes is highly valued 
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Experience with people management activities, including recruitment and team development 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
