The Account Manager streamlines sales processes and operations to enhance efficiency, drive revenue growth, and improve overall sales performance. Coordinates all aspects of sales of our software and professional services, including daily sales activities, processing incoming queries to appropriate channels, generating quotes, assisting internal sales processes and functioning as an integral part of a global sales team.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the sales team by executing day-to-day sales activities that drive revenue and operational efficiency.
- Partner closely with business developers by providing accurate, timely, and proactive sales support.
- Manage all sales activities for BAE Systems OneArc products and services under a defined deal threshold.
- Oversee end-to-end license and support renewal processes to ensure on-time customer retention.
- Create accurate quotes and sales orders in alignment with customer requirements and internal standards.
- Maintain full accountability for renewal performance and related sales metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all sales processes, export-control regulations, and internal policy requirements.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience by delivering responsive and high-quality support throughout the sales cycle.
Objectives:
- Enhance sales team productivity by delivering accurate quotes, sales orders, and support documentation within established turnaround times.
- Develop relationships with customers and resellers.
- Strengthen compliance adherence by maintaining accuracy in meeting export-control, sales-process, and internal policy requirements for all transactions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
- Improve customer satisfaction by providing timely, high-quality support that contributes to positive customer feedback and successful retention outcomes.
Skills:
- Ability to continuously multitask and prioritize various projects
- Excellent English language skills (both written and verbal)
- Possesses strong communication skills, both in conveying information clearly and in active listening
- Basic IT skills including the ability to function within various CRM, communication and project management tools
- Experience with managing online sales of computer software
- Experience with using and managing operational customer relationship management software (NetSuite, SalesForce, or similar)
- Capable of working effectively within a team and collaborating across different departments
- Experience in organizing and coordinating events, expos, and conference participation
- Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
- 3+ Years experience in sales environment
