The Role- key responsibilities
The Account Manager supports the management and development of customer accounts in the APAC region. This role exists to strengthen client relationships, support renewals and expansion, and develop future commercial capability within the team. You will work closely with broader Sales team, Project Management, and Operations colleagues to deliver a strong customer experience. This is a role for an ambitious professional who wants to grow into a stronger account management profile over time.
Only candidates currently based in APAC region will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Client / Customer
- Manage and develop a portfolio of 8–12 customer accounts with growing ownership
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
- Lead regular account check-ins and contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews
- Support renewals, retention, and account expansion activities
Operational
- Coordinate closely with Project Management and Operations to ensure smooth delivery
- Proactively identify delivery or service risks and escalate appropriately
- Support pre- and post-event follow-ups and client communications
Business Development / Growth
- Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts
- Contribute to account growth plans under senior guidance
- Support outbound and expansion initiatives within the region
Administrative / Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records and account documentation
- Prepare basic revenue forecasts and pipeline updates
- Create quotes and support pricing and invoicing processes

Must-haves
- 2–4 years of experience in account management, customer success, or B2B sales
- Proven experience managing B2B customer relationships

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in SaaS / B2B technology
- Exposure to Event Tech or Language Services
- Hybrid AM / CS / PM background
- Outbound or prospecting experience
