Account Manager/Account Supervisor

• Main day-to-day point of client contact

• Positioned to persuade the team toward optimal outcomes

Financial & SOW Management:

• Can proactively track burn and has an understanding of account financial management

• Assists in SOW development

Industry Knowledge & Business Growth:

• Proactively identifies new opportunities to recommend

• Supports new business pitches

• Monitors industry and category trends to inform strategic recommendations for agency teams and clients

Leadership & Team Management:

• Ability to anticipate issues and propose/implement innovative solutions and approaches

• Acts as a cross-functional team unifier in morale and collaboration

• Works cooperatively and respectfully with cross-agency peers to instill a seamless, productive, and positive work environment

• Ability to independently lead a small piece of business

• Has the trust of the Account Lead and Clients

Execution & Problem-Solving:

• Has taste, a POV, and can push work to the highest quality

• Very adept at the production process and can oversee a variety of outputs across media

• Responsible for flawless execution on assigned projects

• Anticipates issues and proposes solutions

Communication Skills:

• Clear, concise, simple, professional communications

• Polished, persuasive presentation skills with ability to present to clients

• Ability to craft a thoughtful, applicable story to sell in work and deliver reports/results

• Ability to translate internal conversations into appropriate client communications

• Establishes a can-do attitude across the team
