  • Lead Conversion: Transform qualified leads and prospects into signed contracts
  • Discovery & Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand client pain points and requirements
  • Solution Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations that connect technical solutions to business outcomes
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with technical teams to create accurate project scopes and competitive proposals
  • Contract Negotiation: Navigate pricing discussions, terms, and project timelines to successful closure

Requirements

Must Have:

  • 3+ years B2B account management and sales experience
  • Previous work at software development companies (internal products or client services)
  • Strong IT background and understanding of agile development practices
  • Advanced written and verbal English communication skills
  • Executive presence and ability to present to C-level stakeholders
  • Proven track record growing accounts and closing new business
