As a key member of our Owner Services team, the Account Manager serves as the primary liaison for all aspects of client aircraft operations. You will manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in collaboration with Flight Coordination, Flight Operations, Maintenance, and other internal teams. Your role is to deliver superior end-to-end client experience, from aircraft readiness to service excellence.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Proactively manage a portfolio of client accounts, building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.

Coordinate daily aircraft operations with internal teams including Flight Coordination, Flight Operations, and Maintenance.

Support aircraft entry-to-service and exit-from-service projects, ensuring accurate execution of service agreements.

Act as the primary point of contact for client issues, complaints, and improvement opportunities, using the CRM tool to track and resolve them.

Support Business Development efforts to retain and grow client accounts.

Contribute to internal projects and reporting to enhance the client experience.
Assist with annual contractual renewals by presenting budgets and term agreements in collaboration with Finance.
- For designated portfolios, manage client billing processes including:
- Reviewing monthly invoicing for accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinating ad-hoc invoices (e.g., GST Pro-forma for aircraft importation).
- Gathering and inputting data for annual budgets and fee schedules.
- Analyzing and presenting financial reports related to client expenses.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3–5 years’ experience in a client-facing or customer service role.

Business aviation experience is a strong asset.

Foundational knowledge in financial analysis is highly desired; billing experience is preferred for those supporting financial operations.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with CRM tools is an asset.

Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts.

Deadline-driven with strong problem-solving and execution capabilities.
