Account Manager-2nd Shift

Objective

The 2nd Shift Account Manager is responsible for the quality control of general business operations, increasing client satisfaction and working productively with Independent Contractors (IC). Must work independently and collaboratively with others, in any type of facility (i.e. industrial, educational, manufacturing, office, medical, retail, etc.). The 2nd Shift Account Manager must also be able to exercise good judgment in reporting client concerns to management and seek the involvement of others to best meet clients’ needs. This position is Monday-Friday 4pm-12am (adjust as needed)

Essential Functions

·        Travel to client sites to ensure contract compliance with all services

·        Participate in the evaluation and selection of ICs who perform services

·        Establish/nurture effective relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and ICs

·        Execute City Wide operational protocols for contract compliance

·        Participate in all new account starts/restarts

·        Communication with ICs regarding client complaints/requests

·        Communicate daily with Facility Solutions Manager (FSM)

·        Provide nightly recap/report to FSM via email, voice note, and CRM data input

·        Participate in meetings and prepare and submit timely reports as needed

·        Communicate w/ FSM on emergency response items that need immediate attention

·        Organize and maintaining security access for assigned accounts

·        Regular attendance with a flexible schedule

·        Participates in Sales to Operations Hand Offs (SOHO)

Measurements / Scorecard

·        Maintain projected quantity of Client visits per month.

·        Complete requests/complaints/inspections.

·        Report in a consistent/effective/timely manner.

·        Nightly Recaps are completed.

·        Client retention levels.

Requirements

·        High school diploma required, equivalent experience in commercial maintenance.

·        Prior experience in management; coaching, motivating, developing.

·        Strong planning & organization skills, attention to detail, follow-through, feedback.

·        Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Must strive for continuous process improvement. 

·        MS Office, Internet skills required.

·        Must have reliable transportation; clean driving record.

·        Must be able to sit, stand, walk for extended times; able to lift at least 40lbs.

Benefits

·        $22-24/hr ($44k-$48k/year projected)

·        5 PTO days after 90 days of employment with no company violations.

·        10 days after year 1. 15 days after year 2.

·        Birthday is a PTO day.
