Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and acquire new clients within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including superintendents, curriculum directors, principals, and other educational leaders.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the specific challenges, goals, and requirements of each client, and develop customized solutions to address their needs.
Present product demonstrations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support, product development, and marketing, to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of solutions to clients.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes affecting the education sector, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Track sales activity, pipeline, and progress towards targets using CRM software, and provide regular updates and reports to management.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.
Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in education, and share knowledge and insights with clients and internal stakeholders.
