About the Role

The Account Manager will manage Australian client accounts, ensuring the execution of high-performing digital marketing campaigns. They will act as the primary client liaison, providing insights, recommendations, and strategic guidance to achieve business results.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, client-focused, analytical, and has experience working with Australian digital marketing agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Australian clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Manage and oversee ad campaigns and project tasks, including SEO, email marketing, and HubSpot services.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI to clients.
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve client marketing results and business outcomes.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins and progress updates, addressing concerns promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and industry best practices relevant to Australian markets.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in digital marketing account management, preferably with Australian clients or agencies.
  • Strong Performance Marketing ie - Google And Meta ads knowledge and Creative Production management
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with project management tools like ClickUp and reporting platforms.

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
