We're seeking someone with a proven track record of leading teams and managing renewal and expansion (upsell) processes. Experience in hiring and onboarding new hires, and continuous coaching will be pivotal. The team lead will initially train as a full Strategic Account Manager to learn the ropes before taking on team leadership.  How you'll spend you time:
  • Showing value to BrightEdge customers through reporting and data via presentation decks. 
  • Managing the Account Management/Customer lifecycle with customer decision makers and internal stakeholders. 
  • Leading and managing the scaled renewal and upsell/expansion process across BrightEdge's enterprise book of business. 
  • Running forecasting and reporting cadences. 
  • Implementing renewal and upsell/expansion strategies tailored to different customer segments, including fast renewal motions, detailed renewal motions, expansion motions, and save strategies for red accounts. 
  • Building and leading a high-performing renewals team, ensuring operational excellence and cadence in execution. 
  • Collaborating closely with Customer Success teams to facilitate account transitions, planning, forecasting, and value delivery. 
  • Establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including customers, executive sponsors, and cross-functional teams. 
  • We're excited about you if you have:
  • 3+ years closing experience in a SaaS Account Management or New Sales position
  • 1+ years experience as a renewal or sales team lead with demonstrated player coaching or leading/mentoring account managers
  • History of exceeding targets in both individual quota carrying and team lead positions (MRR preferred)
  • Lead generation experience
  • Strong presentation skills and credibility with decision makers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage timeeffectively
  • Strong forecasting and operational rigor
  • Experience with Salesforce or managing sales cycles through a CRM
  • History of working in high-velocity sales environment with a monthly quota
  • Bachelor's degree required
