你將負責既有企業客戶的經營與關係維護，透過了解客戶需求與提供適切的物流解決方案，提升客戶使用頻率與長期合作關係。
在這個角色中，你將成為企業客戶的重要窗口，從日常溝通、問題處理到策略建議，確保客戶持續使用平台並創造穩定營收成長。
【工作內容】
維護與經營既有企業客戶關係，確保客戶持續使用平台服務並提升合作黏著度。
主動了解客戶營運需求，提供合適的物流解決方案，提升訂單量與使用頻率。
依據客戶使用數據，規劃並執行帳戶經營策略，推動營收成長與加值服務導入。
處理客戶日常問題與重大異常狀況，確保服務品質並提升客戶滿意度。
執行日常帳戶管理作業，並與內部團隊協作，確保服務交付品質與效率。

【工作待遇】
月薪 30,000 - 45,000 元 (依能力核定薪資)。
