About The Role:

We’re looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone looking to continue to establish their sales career with an early stage travel technology company. You’ll play a key role in prospecting, qualifying leads, running product demos, and closing deals. The current sales process is transactional and very fast paced. This opportunity also closely aligns with our Marketing & Customer Success teams to support new business growth making it an ideal opportunity to learn from cross-functional business partners.

This role will report to the Director of Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle for mid-market prospects—from outbound prospecting to closing.
  • Identify and engage potential customers through cold outreach, social selling, and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Qualify opportunities and understand customer needs through discovery conversations.
  • Deliver compelling product demos that clearly communicate value and solve customer problems.
  • Manage opportunities through the pipeline and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead generation and conversion.
  • Follow up with prospects, handle objections, and guide stakeholders through the buying process.
  • Contribute to achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales role within B2B SaaS as an Account Executive
  • Experience managing opportunities across the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing.
  • Comfortable delivering product demos and presenting to decision-makers.
  • Experience working within fast-paced SaaS startups or scaleups.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Nav).
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to sales and other in-person events.
