Position overview:
Reporting into senior management and joining a successful and supportive team, this role is essential to the long-term success of the business by managing and growing our existing client base within the Unbabel division. The individual needs to deliver an inspiring, positive customer experience and must possess strong business development and client servicing skills.
This role requires the ability to sell and support all of Unbabel’s product offerings as they currently are and as they develop.
Primary Responsibilities:
Developing and executing strategic account initiatives to grow our strategic enterprise-level accounts
Responsibility for Unbabel's largest clients in the US
Responsibility for accounts with ARR over $2m per year
Meeting and exceeding defined sales targets through strategic planning of BAU account management, while up and cross-selling
Assisting clients in developing a business case and value proposition for growing our reach within their business
Leading kick-off meetings and major milestone meetings with senior client decision-makers
Maintaining a thorough understanding of Unbabel's service offering and advising clients on relevant aspects of this when required
Being comfortable with the solution sales process and selling on value, not price, specifically qualifying opportunities against the MEDDPIC process
Required qualifications and experience:
University degree or equivalent experience
A minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales, 6 of those managing complex enterprise-level accounts
Significant experience of Strategic Account Management and Business Development
Proven track record of successful customer engagement across a spectrum of verticals, which may include: Retail, E-Commerce, Manufacturing, Technology, Gaming and Market Research
Experience in B2B service sales
Experience in the SAAS and or Language Services industry
Knowledge of translation technologies is a bonus
