We’re now looking for a driven and commercially minded Account Executive to join our exciting growth journey. You’ll play a key role in Lightbringer’s expansion – initially focusing on the Swedish market, with the opportunity to later help shape our presence across the Nordics.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals
  • Engage with decision-makers across startups and tech-driven businesses
  • Identify, prioritize, and develop new business opportunities
    (approx. 50% outbound prospecting, 50% inbound leads)
  • Conduct digital and in-person client meetings and demos
  • Represent Lightbringer at industry fairs, conferences, and tech events
  • Build and manage a structured sales pipeline to reach and exceed targets
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and IP experts to create tailored offers

Who You Are

You’re a results-oriented sales professional with a strong interest in technology and innovation. You have a proven track record of driving complex B2B deals – ideally within SaaS, scale-ups, or fast-growing tech environments. You’re self-driven, structured, and thrive in a setting where you can take ownership, shape processes, and make a real impact. You combine analytical thinking with commercial drive and enjoy turning business potential into measurable results.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience
  • At least 3 years of experience selling SaaS solutions
  • Proven ability to independently manage the full sales cycle
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
  • Willingness to travel within Sweden and, over time, across the Nordics

Nice to Have

  • Experience from startups or scale-ups
  • Selling in a “category creation” or emerging market
  • Experience launching new markets or product categories
  • Technical background or strong interest in tech and innovation
  • Understanding of IP or patent-related services
