Account Executive

WFAA/KFAA/WFAA+/Premion – Dallas, TX

WFAA/KFAA/WFAA+ is seeking a digitally fluent, revenue-driven Account Executive with a strong background in broadcast, CTV/OTT, and full-funnel digital solutions.

This is a high-impact role for a proven seller who understands how to build integrated campaigns across linear, streaming, and digital strategy, and can confidently lead meaningful business and revenue driving conversations with both direct clients and agencies to fruition.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable navigating transactional broadcast business and strategic sponsorship integrations, while driving campaign performance, KPIs, and attribution. Sports marketing experience a plus. 

Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Drive revenue across linear, CTV/OTT, streaming, and full-funnel digital solutions.
  • Lead consultative conversations around audience targeting, data, attribution, and campaign performance.
  • Operate with a strong hunter mentality - consistently prospecting, opening, and closing new business.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through post-campaign recap.
  • Deliver compelling, insight-driven presentations to decision-makers.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting in CRM.
  • Collaborate internally to ensure seamless execution and measurable client success.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue goals across both digital and linear.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of media sales experience with demonstrated strength in CTV, OTT, and digital.
  • Proven ability to sell performance-based and data-driven marketing solutions.
  • Experience working with both direct advertisers and agencies.
  • Existing relationships with mid-to-large advertisers strongly preferred.
  • CRM proficiency required.
  • Experience with WideOrbit or similar systems a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
