We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive (f/d/m) for our operations in Switzerland. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. You will report directly to the CRO & CoFounder.

Your primary mission will be to expand Backbone’s footprint in the Swiss market, bringing our innovative solutions to real estate professionals.

Role Requirements

  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed annual sales targets.
  • Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities in the real estate sector across Switzerland.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers in client organizations to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Backbone's product offerings and articulate their value to potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to enhance the client experience.
  • Remote Work: Ability to work remotely while maintaining productivity and accountability.

Key Competencies

  • Proven Sales Experience: Several years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally focused on the real estate or technology sectors.
  • Consultative Selling Skills: Ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions effectively.
  • Technical Aptitude: Quick to learn new technologies and convey their benefits to clients.
  • Adaptability: Strong ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and customer requirements.

Additional Requirements

  • Location: Switzerland or Berlin
  • Proficiency in Swiss German, English and French.
  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland to meet clients and attend networking events.
  • Friendly, approachable and ready to represent Backbone at industry events.
  • Having relationships with real estate companies across Switzerland and knowledge about the industry is not mandatory, but a big plus.
