We're searching for motivated, passionate, results-driven, and "people first" individuals for an Account Executive, high-velocity, high-ticket closing role.

Our goal is to bring fitness and wellness to everyone; everywhere and you are already helping us with that, now take the next step and join us as an Account Executive. As an Account Executive at Svetness, you are the face of the Company. That said, we need personable, knowledgeable, and tenacious individuals to join our inbound process. If that's you - read on. 


What were looking for:

  1. Full-time, 40+ hour availability with flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
  2. Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot)
  3. Excellent communication skills (a “people person”)
  4. Sufficient base knowledge in fitness and nutrition (certification not needed)
  5. Sales “Chops” - objection handling, discovery, solution presentation


What sets you apart:

  1. You are an individual with an exceptional presence
  2. You are able to work late evenings (3pm-12am EST) 
  3. You have experience in a high-ticket closing role or fitness sales
  4. You are willing and able to work weekend days (both Sat/Sun highly preferred)
  5. You are highly knowledgeable in fitness and wellness


Here’s what your day would look like:

  1. Confirming and nurturing inbound schedules up until the time of Demo
  2. Effective and consistent communication with inbound prospects via text and call
  3. Consistent monitoring of Pipeline from inbound lead cadences to Post-Demo Followup
  4. Communicating with direct reports on a daily basis
  5. Regular attendance to daily team meetings, coaching sessions, and pipeline reviews.
  6. Recording all interactions with prospects within our CRM, and communicating effectively with adjacent departments.

  3. You are not motivated by winning, commission, being on the top of a leaderboard.
  4. You are not personally accountable.

  3. If you are looking for a career in sales or fitness, and want to learn, and develop those skills, this is for you.


COMPENSATION/PROGRESSION:

  • Uncapped commissions (5-12% of Gross Contract Value)
  • Top-performing reps may progress to Team Lead positions, Management, and Leadership positions.
