We're seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join SEEKGrad, the number one university careers website connecting graduate talent with employers across Australia, Singapore, and Hong Kong. You'll manage approximately 100 small to medium enterprise clients, providing superior account management that drives increased business through strategic product usage and revenue contribution.

You will develop strong stakeholder relationships while partnering with Customer Success Managers to understand client pain points and design solutions that drive increased SEEKGrad usage. Through leveraging user analytics, customer feedback data, and performance metrics, you'll inform strategy and roadmap planning while acting as the subject matter expert for our customers. Success means consistently achieving revenue sales targets, maintaining deep product knowledge, and providing valuable feedback that impacts solution development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve maximum revenue and uptake through superior service execution, strategic product recommendations and deep customer understanding
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders while partnering with CSMs to address customer pain points
  • Leverage user analytics, customer feedback data and performance metrics to inform design strategy and roadmap planning
  • Continuously achieve revenue sales, customer contact and activity targets while understanding strategic sourcing needs
  • Act as subject matter expert maintaining deep understanding of customers and SEEKGrad's complete product suite
  • Maintain and update Salesforce with comprehensive sales activities, contact and company details
  • Research employment market trends, economic indicators and industry shifts affecting customers and users
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management with prior experience in both areas essential
  • Ability to build rapport quickly over phone and video calls with strong commercial acumen for competitive environments
  • Strong negotiation skills at all levels within corporate organizations with ability to handle objections effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to present information clearly and concisely
  • Self-motivated and resilient with positive attitude and ability to upsell/cross-sell successfully
  • University degree preferred with previous experience in the employment/recruitment field advantageous
