Role Summary

As an Account Executive at Shipa Delivery, you will support the account management function by coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a junior-level role suitable for candidates with 0–2 years of experience, focused on communication, coordination, and basic reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Support assigned customer accounts and assist in day-to-day account coordination.
  • Communicate with customers to understand service requirements and share updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, support) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Follow up on service-related issues and support their timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing basic reports using MS Excel.
  • Ensure adherence to company processes and service standards.
  • Support senior account team members in ongoing account activities.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or operations.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
