PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Gather & organize client inputs & assets
  • Draft client-facing comms (Status Reports & Budget Updates)
  • Monitor client/industry trends & analyze
  • Scribe and note-taking in internal and Client Meetings
  • Track activities across agency disciplines and teams and provide updates
  • Facilitate working sessions & capture input
  • Develop work briefs, activity reports, & status updates
  • Support review of client deliverables
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration (especially Project Management)

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Bachelors in Comms, PR, Marketing, Advertising or English
  • 2+ years of account management in a healthcare agency setting
  • Understanding of FDA regulations and prior understanding and ability to develop and review MLR submissions & manage MLR processes,
  • Appetite for learning and taking initiative
  • Basic understanding of internal agency processes
  • Experience in using PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to go on-site as needed for client meetings or in-person agency meetings 
  • Remote or hybrid located in NY, NJ or Philadelphia
