Role Overview:

As an Account Executive, Partnerships, you serve strategic channel partners—including suppliers, distributors, and retailers in the home services industry - by building and strengthening relationships that expand awareness and adoption of Housecall Pro among their customer base. You take a consultative, relationship-driven approach, engaging marketing, sales, and digital stakeholders within partner organizations to enable them to confidently promote Housecall Pro to their networks of service professionals.

You develop a deep understanding of each partner’s business, priorities, and customer base, using that insight to tailor programs that create mutual value. You operate in an indirect sales motion where influence, enablement, and execution matter most. Rather than closing deals directly, you drive impact through co-marketing programs, partner sales enablement, and thoughtful account management that generate consistent inbound lead flow.

You collaborate closely with internal marketing, product, and cross-functional partners to bring programs to life and represent our company externally at industry events. You balance independence with teamwork, take ownership of results, and remain persistent in moving initiatives forward within complex partner organizations.

Our team is passionate, empathetic, hard working, and above all else focused on improving the lives of our service professionals (our Pros). Our success is their success.

Schedule:

Ability to work full time (40 hrs/week) with an 8 hour shift, ranging within 5am-7pm local time.

What you do each day:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders across marketing, sales, and digital teams
  • Enable partner sales teams through training sessions, co-branded collateral, and ongoing communication
  • Collaborate with internal marketing partners to plan and execute digital campaigns through partner channels
  • Execute partner-facing programs including webinars, lifecycle marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and joint performance marketing efforts
  • Drive momentum within partner organizations by proactively navigating competing priorities and removing blockers
  • Track, report on, and remain accountable for inbound lead volume generated by each partner account
  • Represent our company at industry trade shows and regional partner events by running booths, engaging attendees, and capturing leads
  • Travel regularly, approximately 1–2 trips per month, to attend events and meet partners in person
  • Overcome objections and navigate complex partner organizations to keep initiatives moving forward

Qualifications

  • Proven top 10% performance in an established sales organization, supported by quota attainment or leaderboard results
  • 2+ years of experience in enterprise sales or channel sales with a focus on partner management, channel development, or strategic alliances
  • 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within software
  • Experience working with or selling to service professionals, with HVAC or plumbing experience strongly preferred
  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve workflows, streamline execution, or enhance outputs

What will help you succeed in this role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence external partners
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • Effective time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and working across cross-functional teams
