The role
We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales Team and help us grow our presence in the North American market. In this role, you’ll work closely with our local VP of Revenue and a diverse, energetic team of 15+ colleagues. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospects, delivering impactful demos and presentations, and closing deals. You’ll also travel and represent ChannelEngine at trade shows and major industry conferences, building our brand and expanding your network.
What you’ll do
Proactively identify and research new direct and indirect business opportunities in the North American market.
Manage relationships from initial contact through qualification, value creation, negotiation, and close, while also building long-term partnerships.
Conduct tailored presentations, online demos, technical deepdives, closing calls, and other meetings that drive growth and generate a high volume of sales.
Represent ChannelEngine at industry trade shows and conferences to connect with new prospects and partners.
Stay on top of industry news, technologies, trends, and opportunities, and bring fresh ideas into your sales strategy.
Collaborate with the VP of Revenue and the wider sales team to shape our go-to-market approach in the US.
What makes you a great fit
3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or account management.
A sales-driven mentality with a proven track record of closing enterprise clients and building long-lasting business relationships.
Outgoing and proactive personality.
Experience or an existing network in e-commerce or marketplaces is a plus.
Must be legally authorised to work in the United States (ideally living in New York).
Compensation:
$158,000 – $192,000 OTE
