Account Executive – New Business (EMEA)

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a true hunter—someone who thrives on building pipeline, opening doors, and closing new business.

As an Account Executive at Guardsquare, you’ll play a critical role in accelerating our growth across EMEA. This is not a “farming” role—you’ll be at the forefront of winning new logos, owning the full sales cycle, and directly impacting revenue.

What You’ll Do

  • Own new business acquisition: drive outbound prospecting and convert opportunities into new logo wins
  • Build and manage a strong, self-generated pipeline alongside SDR support
  • Lead the full sales cycle: from first outreach to negotiation and closing
  • Engage with technical and business stakeholders to position Guardsquare’s value
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility
  • Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets

Who You Are

  • A results-driven hunter with a strong focus on new business and closing deals
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a new business / hunting role within SaaS or software, carrying quota’s of min. €800K
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting and winning new logos
  • Strong experience selling into European markets (Middle East exposure is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional European languages such as French are a strong plus)
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working towards ambitious targets
  • Hands-on, pragmatic, and energized by a fast-growing environment
  • Willing to be present in the Leuven office at least 3 days per week

Nice to Have

  • Experience in application security / cybersecurity
  • Background in selling technical or developer-focused solutions
