We’re hiring Account Executives to bring our product suite to small and mid-sized law firms. You’ll own prospecting, product demos, and closing new business - driving growth and winning new logos.

What You'll Do: 

  • Develop a deep understanding of the LawPay product, market, and competitive landscape to confidently communicate value and ROI.
  • Drive full-cycle B2B sales — from prospecting and demoing to negotiating and closing.
  • Build pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up and referrals
  • Build strong relationships with prospects by understanding their goals and aligning LawPay as the ideal solution.
  • Manage and nurture your pipeline through consistent follow-up, strategic discovery, and clear communication.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs.
  • Keep your Salesforce data accurate and up-to-date to maintain full visibility into your pipeline and performance.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of full cycle sales experience, preferably in SaaS or payments 
  • Confidence in cold calling and starting conversations with new prospects
  • A customer-first mindset with a knack for uncovering needs and delivering value
  • Clear, persuasive communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Passion for sales and a desire to continuously improve and grow
  • Ability to guide prospects to think differently about their current processes
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Located near our HQ: Austin, TX- we work in a hybrid capacity! 

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in legal tech, fintech, or selling into professional services verticals
  • Familiarity with value-selling frameworks (e.g., Sandler, MEDDIC)
  • Passion for helping SMBs and mid-market companies grow through modern software

Additional Information:

Estimated on-target earnings (OTE): $130,000–$140,000. This role includes uncapped commission, giving you the opportunity to exceed your earnings potential based on performance. The salary range for performing this role outside of the US / Austin / California may differ. AffiniPay is committed to offering competitive, fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and education.  This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime.
