What we are looking for:
We are looking for an in-country Enterprise Sales Director to join our LATAM team covering the Spanish Speaking Countries based in Colombia, Chile, and or Peru.
What you will be doing:
Semperis is looking for an Enterprise Sales Director (ESD) who is a self-starter and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
If you love the thrill of pursuing and closing new business opportunities; you have experience in developing a new market and nurturing sales leads from initial contact through successful closure, then this role is for you.
You will develop professional productive relationships with new accounts, while ensuring consistent pipeline development, and closed business opportunities in your respective Territory.
Pipeline & Business Development
Qualify, manage, and support leads from marketing campaigns, converting SQLs from our SDR team into closed/won opportunities.
Proactively seek new business opportunities and continuously build a strong sales pipeline.
Conduct prospecting efforts, including outreach, discovery calls, and relationship-building.
Partner & Territory Management
Own and expand the market through trusted partner relationships and strategic alliances alongside the territory Channel Director.
Develop and execute a structured territory and account-based sales strategy.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products, services, and pricing models.
Sales Execution & Customer Engagement
Conduct discovery calls to identify client needs and position Semperis solutions.
Build long-term trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Exceed assigned growth goals and sales quota.
What you will bring:
10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or identity sales.
Proven experience in launching and scaling a new business or market.
Strong expertise in territory planning and sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, BANT).
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and growing revenue.
Experience selling to large enterprise customers in the LATAM region.
Strong ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluent in Spanish (Mandatory).
English Business Proficiency Required.
· Experience in Active Directory, Azure AD, or identity solutions is a plus.

Candidates who reside within 45 miles of one of our offices—or where the job description specifies a required location—will follow our hybrid work model.
