Accountabilities:
Prospect, develop, and manage a robust enterprise sales pipeline, including both new business and upsell opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and executives to align solutions with their business goals.
Partner with internal teams across business development, customer success, support, legal, security, finance, and leadership to execute contracts successfully.
Accurately forecast sales performance and revenue targets, tracking progress and adapting strategies as needed.
Share insights, best practices, and product feedback to continuously improve team performance and offerings.
Requirements:
5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience with a consistent record of exceeding targets.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex deal progression using structured qualification methodologies.
Experience collaborating with external stakeholders, including procurement, legal, security, and executive leadership.
Strong strategic planning, territory management, and prospecting skills.
Proficiency with CRM, sales automation, and AI-driven sales tools to maximize efficiency and insight.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, with occasional travel for industry events.
