Your Mission 🫵

As an Account Executive for Italy, you’ll own the entire commercial cycle — from prospecting and discovery, to negotiation and closing, to onboarding and long-term account growth.

You will play a key role in accelerating Tilt’s expansion across Italy by bringing in high-quality sellers and helping them scale their presence and performance on our platform.

What You’ll Do 👷

0–3 months

  • Learn Tilt’s product, ICP, commercial playbook, and sales narrative

  • Build and qualify outbound prospect lists for the Italian market

  • Manage inbound leads: run intro calls, qualify fit, and move them into pipeline

  • Support early discovery, demos, and closing conversations

  • Onboard newly signed sellers and help them become strong streamers

  • Manage a small early book of seller accounts

  • Execute structured outbound outreach across email, calls, and LinkedIn

  • Achieve early KPIs (meetings, qualified opportunities, early revenue contribution)

  • Support the Country Manager with pipeline generation and key account priorities

3+ months

  • Independently own the full sales cycle end-to-end

  • Consistently meet or exceed new seller acquisition and revenue targets

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Italian sellers, improving retention and performance

  • Build deep market knowledge and identify high-value verticals in Italy

  • Nurture long-term relationships with prospects, sellers, and partners

  • Provide structured feedback to Sales, Marketing, and Product

  • Act as a commercial representative shaping Tilt’s presence in Italy

Who You Are 📋

Must-haves

  • 3–4 years of experience in sales, account executive roles, business development, or account management

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Fluent in English and Italian

  • Experience with outbound & inbound sales (email, calls, LinkedIn)

  • Confident managing pipeline stages and closing deals independently

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to operate autonomously

Nice-to-haves

  • CRM experience (Salesforce or HubSpot)

  • Experience selling SaaS, marketplaces, or digital products

  • Familiarity with account-based selling or market research

  • Startup or scale-up experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields

  • Experience in regional or country-level commercial roles
