This full-time role is based in our 5 Howick Place office in Victoria, London, with 3 days a week in the office/in market as standard – Mon/Weds/Thurs currently
Account management and wider customer support -
You will work closely with the Account Directors to ensure that existing clients understand and get tangible value from their relationship with Acuity Pricing and you may also work with new clients – helping to streamline their onboarding experience.
In addition to supporting the Account Directors, you will also have a book of clients of your own to manage, renew and grow and a sales target to hit.
Our commercial teams are seen as trusted advisors to our clients, who include household retailers and brand names. Through building strong partnerships and relationships with our customers we increase their understanding and usage of services they already buy, but they should also become open to discussions around additional services Acuity may offer.
You will engage with customers directly by phone, face to face meetings and by email and you should feel comfortable in all situations, with the ability to represent the Acuity brand professionally at all times.
You will record key insights from customers on our systems and work with our Account Management team to strategise where to prioritise focus to ensure we hit our retention & growth targets.
Key responsibilities
Hitting and exceeding sales targets
Working to engage with your customer through email, phone calls and meetings (online and offline)
Onboarding customers, potentially as the first point of contact
Identifying and supporting the nurturing of upsell & cross-selling opportunities
Driving engagement with service, including promoting upcoming events and sessions
Collecting integral key information & usage data to help build the case for renewal - accurately recording insights in our systems
Producing reports and documentation for internal and external use
Sales Development –
You'll be the critical first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for qualifying inbound leads, generating outbound opportunities, and booking meetings to support pipeline growth and conversion.
Your work will play a key role in expanding our reach and accelerating business growth in the competitive pricing space.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
Build and manage a qualified pipeline of potential customers through strategic prospecting and research
Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies to identify decision-makers within prospect organizations
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system to ensure seamless handoff to the sales team
Collaborate with marketing to leverage campaigns and events for lead generation
Conduct thorough research on prospects to personalize outreach and increase engagement rates
Inbound Lead Qualification
Respond promptly to inbound leads—qualify them and book product tour meetings
Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs and pain points
Assess prospect fit against ideal customer profile criteria
Articulate the value proposition of Acuity Pricing to different stakeholders
Effectively communicate how our solutions address specific industry challenges
Performance & Reporting
Achieve KPIs around calls made, emails sent, meetings booked, and conversion rates and potentially revenue targets
Participate in regular NB pipeline reviews with sales leadership
Participate in regular account health reviews with sales leadership
Production of clear, high quality documentation for both internal and external use
Use tools such as LinkedIn to build a network
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments
Actively promote and support diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team and in customer interactions
Share best practices and learnings with the broader sales organization
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
Support company initiatives and represent the brand professionally at all times
Ideal skills, experience & qualifications required
Experience in SaaS, market intelligence, or media/advertising industry
1-2 years of experience in similar client facing role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce, Salesloft & Hubspot)
The desire to meet and exceed targets & the ability to monitor and manage personal activity, standards and approaches to ensure targets are hit
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and resilient mindset
Naturally enthusiastic and happy to speak with customers on the phone
A proactive individual who is willing to learn and absorb ideas shared with them
Energetic, curious, can-do attitude, problem solving and passion for storytelling
Imaginative, with a passion for presenting your ideas to others
Strong organisational & multi-tasking skills - good attention to detail and able to work under pressure and deadlines
