These assistants support installers in the field, service teams, sales, and end customers with accurate, context-aware answers and automated workflows.

As an Account Executive at Chapter, you own the full commercial cycle for new customers in the energy sector. This is a senior, consultative B2B sales role focused on complex deals with OEMs, grid operators, and large field service organizations.
You will engage decision-makers across service, operations, IT, and leadership to help them understand where AI creates measurable value in their organization. This role requires strong discovery skills, the ability to translate operational pain points into business cases, and confidence in selling a technical platform that combines software, data readiness, and implementation.
You will work closely with marketing, solutions consultants, and product to move prospects from initial curiosity to real adoption. The focus is on quality pipeline, long-term customer value, and scalable regional growth rather than quick transactional wins.
1. New Business & Pipeline Ownership
Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract.
Build and manage a qualified pipeline with OEMs and other enterprise accounts in the energy sector.
Lead discovery conversations with operational, technical, and executive stakeholders.
Translate customer challenges into clear value propositions and ROI-driven proposals.
Forecast accurately and manage deals in HubSpot CRM.
2. Consultative & Enterprise Sales
Sell Chapter as a long-term AI partner, not a point solution.
Position AI readiness, data structuring, and phased rollout as part of the value.
Navigate complex buying groups including service leaders, IT, procurement, and management.
Support multi-region and multi-language rollout discussions with enterprise customers.
3. Collaboration & Enablement
Work closely with Solutions Consultants during demos, pilots, and onboarding discussions.
Provide structured feedback from the market to marketing and product teams.
Contribute to refining messaging, pricing, and sales materials based on real deals.
Participate in industry events and targeted account-based outreach where relevant.

4+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a senior B2B sales role.
Proven experience selling complex software or technology solutions.
Comfortable selling to technical, operational, and executive buyers, not only commercial roles.
Experience in energy, HVAC, industrial tech, SaaS, or enterprise software is a strong plus.
A warm netwerk of buying persona in the OEM sector in Europe is a strong plus
Effective, structured, and data-driven approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and deal execution.
Hands-on experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
Strong communication skills and confidence in leading senior-level and multi-stakeholder conversations.
Interest in AI and automation, with the ability to explain technology in clear, practical business terms.
Passionate about technology and the energy sector, with curiosity to stay close to product and industry developments.
Comfortable executing independently while also contributing strategic input toward company OKRs.
Ambitious, ownership-driven, and motivated to grow with the company into more complex enterprise and multi-region deals.
