Job Summary

We’re hiring a results-driven Account Executive (AE) to manage the full sales cycle — from qualified discovery calls through to closing and handover.

As an Account Executive, you’ll work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and marketing teams to convert qualified leads into paying customers. This is a quota-carrying role ideal for experienced closers who thrive in performance-driven environments and want to accelerate their international sales career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close
  • Conduct consultative sales calls and product demonstrations
  • Understand client pain points and position solutions effectively
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms
  • Close new business deals and meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Collaborate with SDRs to improve lead quality and conversion rates
  • Provide accurate forecasting and weekly performance updates
  • Ensure smooth handover to Customer Success or Account Management teams

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (closing role preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas
  • Experience in SaaS, tech, digital services, or B2B solutions
  • Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms)
  • Experience selling to UK or US markets preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, remote environment
