Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full outbound sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
  • Manage a high volume of daily activity (calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach).
  • Book and run discovery/demo calls with decision-makers across global markets.
  • Accurately forecast sales and maintain up-to-date CRM records.
  • Collaborate with SDRs to optimise pipeline efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Provide insights to marketing and product teams based on sales feedback.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a closing role.
  • Proven track record in high-volume outbound sales environments.
  • Full-cycle sales experience.
  • Experience working with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Close.com.
  • Comfortable handling objections and managing a fast sales cycle.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly driven, self-managed, and thrives under KPIs and performance metrics.
