Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a full sales pipeline from discovery to close
  • Conduct product demos and guide prospects through the buyer journey
  • Identify client pain points and tailor value-driven solutions
  • Manage CRM data, sales notes, and follow-ups with precision
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs, Customer Success, and Marketing teams
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Continuously optimize your sales process through feedback and analytics

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or tech-enabled services
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Previous experience closing deals
  • Excellent English communication and persuasion skills (both verbal and written)
  • Experience using CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
  • Prior SDR experience (outbound or inbound) is a plus
  • Availability to work in either UK or US time zones
