Job Summary

We’re hiring high-energy Account executives who are hungry to grow their careers in tech sales. This is a fast-paced, on-site role in Dallas, ideal for ambitious professionals who thrive in a competitive environment and love connecting with people. As an AE, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospects and play a crucial role in building a strong sales pipeline through outbound outreach and lead qualification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social outreach to generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct demo's and close deals
  • Research prospects and tailor messaging to their industry, pain points, and priorities.
  • Manage your pipeline through CRM tools and maintain accurate records.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for outreach volume, qualified leads, and conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain a high level of energy, positivity, and performance in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven success in sales with a strong understanding of B2B sales and client acquisition.
  • Proven track record of prospecting and selling
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software for lead tracking and pipeline management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport remotely.
  • Can-do attitude and growth mindset—excited to hustle, build, and scale with the company.
