The Role:

We’re hiring an Account Executive to acquire new customers and revenue by bringing HeyGen to teams at some of the largest companies in the world. You’ll own your accounts end-to-end from first conversation through signed contracts, while helping customers deploy HeyGen broadly across their organizations.

This is a high-impact role for a seller who thrives in fast-moving environments, approaches sales as a craft, and wants real ownership in shaping how a sales organization scales. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs, demonstrate clear value, and turn initial adoption into long-term, multi-team partnerships.

What You’ll Do:

  • Managing prospects from lead generation to closing, while positioning yourself as a trusted, consultative advisor
  • Effectively communicate HeyGen's value proposition to potential customers, generating excitement and enthusiasm about our solutions
  • Engage stakeholders across executive leadership, sales, marketing, L&D, and HR teams to drive broad HeyGen deployment across an organization
  • Continuously refine and optimize messaging to scale our outbound prospecting efforts driving the majority of new opportunities through self-sourced activities
  • Use MEDDIC or a similar framework to qualify and identify risk across all opportunities throughout the sales funnel
  • Manage all sales activities in the CRM (Salesforce)


What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of relevant sales experience selling a SaaS solution to Enterprise clients requiring a multi-threaded approach
  • Strong end-to-end sales skills, from prospecting and discovery through close.
  • Proven success in securing new logos across new categories
  • Track record of overachieving revenue targets of $1M+ and successfully navigating enterprise deals ($100k+) in complex sales cycles. 
  • Highly organized and process-oriented, with the ability to operate effectively at scale
  • Proven experience utilizing MEDDPICC or a similarly effective value-based selling methodology to address complex customer needs in enterprise sales
  • Experience selling in or alongside AI-native or product-led environments is a plus
  • Experience with HeyGen preferred but not required

Compensation:
Target OTE $200,000

HeyGen considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal equity, as well as location, market and business considerations when extending an offer.  As part of our total rewards package, HeyGen offers comprehensive benefits including a 401k plan, health benefits, generous PTO, a parental leave program and emotional health resources.
