Key Responsibilities:

Global Sales & Business Development

  • Convert customer feedback into actionable product improvements.

Market & Product Growth

  • Share market insights, competitor intelligence, and industry trends.
  • Support marketing and pre-sales content creation.
  • Contribute to product roadmap and feature improvement discussions.

Requirements

Requirements Must-Have

  • 5–10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Success (preferably SaaS).
  • Strong exposure to KYC/AML, Fintech, Fraud Prevention
  • Experience handling global markets (US/UK/EU/GCC).
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand product workflows
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience managing enterprise onboarding & technical escalations.
  • Knowledge of AML regulations, identity verification, or risk scoring engines.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS product company.
