What You’ll Do

  • Own your territory and drive full-cycle B2B SaaS sales
  • Prospect and engage mid-level to executive buyers across industries
  • Apply a consultative, ROI-driven approach to complex sales cycles
  • Use modern outbound techniques (email, cold calling, social outreach)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to close deals and support customers
  • Contribute to a culture of grit, innovation, and teamwork

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with $1M+ quota attainment
  • Mastery of structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN)
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Experience with tools like Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong communication skills—polished, persuasive, and professional
  • Familiarity with compliance, fleet, or workforce management is a plus

Compensation

  • Base salary starting at $50K
  • Uncapped commission and bonus
  • Projected annual earnings: $100K+
