About the Role: 

We’re looking for a motivated and growth-oriented Account Executive to join our expanding sales team. This role is ideal for sales professionals with early experience who are ready to take greater ownership of the sales cycle and play an active role in driving revenue growth. 

As an Account Executive, you’ll manage opportunities from first conversation through close, working with both direct prospects and channel partners to build pipeline and win new business. You’ll collaborate across teams, strengthen partner relationships, and continue developing your consultative selling and negotiation skills as you grow within the organization. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through a mix of outbound outreach, inbound leads, and partner referrals 
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and product demonstrations through proposal, negotiation, and close 
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities through consistent outreach, follow-up, and relationship building 
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, business goals, and technical requirements 
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations that clearly connect our solutions to customer needs and workflows 
  • Work closely with existing channel partners to uncover new opportunities and strengthen ongoing relationships 
  • Identify and help onboard new referral partners to expand market reach and drive incremental revenue 
  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and activity updates in Salesforce and provide reliable pipeline forecasts 
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a strong customer experience from first contact through onboarding 

Experience We’re Looking For: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development, with exposure to SaaS, UCaaS, managed services, networking, or partner-driven sales environments (MSPs, IT consultants, or channel partners) required  
  • Ability to manage a structured sales process and progress opportunities through multiple stages 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly 
  • Experience conducting discovery conversations and presenting solutions to business decision-makers 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple opportunities and priorities 
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce strongly preferred) and sales engagement tools such as Apollo or email automation platforms 
  • A coachable mindset with a desire to continuously improve sales skills and performance 
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally with marketing, leadership, and customer success teams #LI-CC1

This role offers a compensation package with a combination of base salary and commission. The expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position range from $80k-95k annually, with actual earnings depending on performance against targets. Base salary will vary based on factors including education, skills, experience, and geographic location. Compensation ranges are subject to change and may be updated in the future.
