As findhelp’s Account Executive, you’ll have a chance to develop an early stage company and help make an enduring mark in children’s lives. This candidate will have a passion for working in the education and healthcare sectors, and play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, generating revenue, and driving business growth. This role combines sales expertise, industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills to identify, nurture, and close deals with educational and healthcare institutions.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Meet with district level decision makers both in-person and virtually
- Comfortably deliver findhelp’s mission and value proposition
- Create & utilize marketing email campaigns to build pipeline
- Identify potential partners through discovery and deep understanding of district’s health tracking needs and deal with objections
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise customer sales, selling directly to School Districts is preferred
- Existing network of district administrators is helpful, but not a requirement
- Detail oriented, data driven and enjoy building relationships with customers
- Independent, proactive self-starter attitude with strong commitment to high-quality work
- Strong background in managing complex sales cycle, especially through software implementation
- Demonstrate high emotional intelligence, strong listening skills, and empathy for customers and their experiences
- Passion for building strong, long-term relationships with customers by staying in constant communication and prioritizing their needs
- Have deep knowledge of K-12 personas and buying cycle to deliver on sales goals
- Understand findhelp/SchoolCare value proposition and mission thoroughly and apply to presentations and calls
- Build network of current and potential partners to build pipeline and grow footprint
