About the role
Are you a full-cycle B2B SaaS closer with a strong technical acumen?
We’re looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive (m/f/d) to own the entire sales cycle — from strategic pipeline development and structured discovery to technical evaluations and successful closing. With a proactive hunter mindset, you actively develop target accounts and create opportunities through structured outbound activities. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and our Pump Expert, take full ownership of your deals, and drive predictable, scalable revenue growth within our mid-market segment.
What you will do:
Own your pipeline: Independently structure and expand your Europe-wide territory by identifying and prioritizing high-value target accounts, and building a qualified pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and disciplined inbound follow-up.
Drive strategic sales development: Define and execute a clear, ICP-driven account strategy within the pump manufacturing segment, positioning yourself as a trusted partner to key industry players.
Technical Sales: Lead technical evaluations and demos in collaboration with Technical Sales.
Negotiation & Pricing: Own proposals, pricing, scope definition, and contract negotiations.
Deal Closing: Close new mid-market customers with a disciplined, predictable approach.
CRM System Management: Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable forecasts in HubSpot.
Customer Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with your customers through a confident, consultative, and professional presence.
Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with Support and Marketing to ensure an excellent customer experience, optimize offerings, and refine targeted campaigns.
What we are looking for:
3+ years of experience in complex B2B software sales (mid-market preferred)
Proven success in full-cycle closing roles within the software industry
Strong technical acumen and ability to understand complex engineering software; experience in selling manufacturing/engineering software or experience in the pump industry is a plus
Experience running structured discovery (BANT, MEDDICC, etc.) are a plus
Confidence in leading multi-stakeholder sales processes
Knowledge of CRM systems, e.g. HubSpot
Strong negotiation skills and commercial ownership
Self-sufficient and well-structured work style
Business Fluent in English and German
