The role A pure closing role. You'll take qualified leads from discovery to signed contract — no account management, no transactional product sales. You know how to run consultative conversations, navigate stakeholders, and close recurring service engagements with urgency and confidence.
What you'll own
Closing qualified leads end-to-end
Running discovery calls and building compelling proposals with audits and competitor data
Identifying decision-makers and controlling the sales frame
Hitting monthly recurring revenue targets
Maintaining clean CRM records in HubSpot
What you bring
3-5 years B2B closing experience; 2+ years selling agency retainers or recurring services
Proven quota attainment and retainer-based selling experience
BDR/prospecting background required
Strong consultative skills, sharp written communication, modern sales tech stack fluency
Experience selling into U.S. clients strongly preferred
