Account Executive, Digital Marketing

Digital Minds is looking for an Account Executive to join its team in Athens.

You will become part of an award-winning team, one of the top social media agencies in Greece and the leading influencer marketing agency in the market, working alongside dynamic, creative and innovative professionals at the forefront of digital media.

As an Account Executive, you will support the Brand Partnerships and Influencer Marketing team in planning and executing digital campaigns across social media platforms. Your role will include coordinating influencer collaborations, supporting branded content initiatives, and ensuring the smooth delivery of social media and content marketing projects for leading brands.

You will work closely with brands, creators and internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and other digital platforms, contributing to the growth of Digital Minds’ influencer network and branded content ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating social media campaigns across platforms including YouTube, Instagram and TikTok

• Manage the day-to-day running of influencer campaigns, from identification and implementation to overseeing and reporting. 

• Handle influencers within the Digital Minds portfolio, managing their branded deals and providing creative and strategic guidance on their content.

• Assisting in the planning and implementation of content marketing projects (strategy, creative and production).

• Assist in day-to-day management of clients’ digital platforms including presentations, community management, primarily focused on YouTube, Instagram & TikTok.

• Create and deliver campaign performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or Communications related.

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in an agency setting.

• Ability to write in English fluently.

• Ability to meet deadlines while closely working with several team members.

Preferred skills:

• Demonstrated interest in online video and digital influencers.

• Strong deck creating skills - both in content and structure.

• Agility to work in a fast paced environment and multitask.

• Ability to work in a team setting.

• Initiator, highly self-motivated, optimistic and positive attitude.
