You'll be selling cutting-edge technology that prospects actually need, with massive market demand driven by increasing privacy regulations. With average deals exceeding $100,000 ARR and an uncapped commission structure, top performers regularly outpace their OTE targets. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Hunt and close new business opportunities with Mid-Market and Enterprise companies
Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing six-figure deals
Deliver compelling demos and presentations to C-suite executives (especially CIOs, CISOs)
Craft persuasive proposals that articulate clear value propositions
Negotiate contracts and navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes
Collaborate with BDRs to build a robust pipeline
Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular pipeline updates
Proven track record of success in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales (2+ years minimum)
Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Experience selling to C-suite executives at Fortune 1000 enterprises (preferably CIOs, CISOs)
Active professional presence on LinkedIn and the ability to prospect and generate opportunities
Technical aptitude and interest in data privacy/security (knowledge of GDPR, CCPA is a plus)
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
Bachelor's degree or higher
Ability to work from the Greenville, DE, office three days per week
Self-starter mentality paired with self-discipline

Base compensation: $80,000-$110,000 (negotiable based on your experience)
$160,000–$220,000+ OTE with 50/50 split (uncapped commission, $300,000+ is achievable)
