Account Executive DACH (German speaking)

TLDR

Be the commercial owner for high-intent demand across DACH, converting qualified interest into committed opportunities and leading full deal cycles with stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:  

  • Generate new business: engage daily with prospective customers (remote and on-site as needed).
  • Work closely with Marketing and Agent Managers to refine nurture flows, qualify prospects, and secure meetings.
  • Uncover prospect strategy, desired business impact, and connect the dots to Sana’s value.
  • Represent Sana at major US industry events and category-specific tradeshows.
  • Deliver tailored demos of Sana Commerce Cloud with support from Presales Consultants.
  • Orchestrate and lead full deal cycles with internal and external stakeholders (DMU, presales, project management, product).

What you'll bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • (Near-) native written and spoken German.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in software or other complex solutions.
  • Outstanding communication: you can lead the conversation, create clarity, and know when to listen.
  • Location: Hybrid from our Rotterdam office (3 days in office).
  • Partnership builder: able to multithread and mobilize champions across the customer organization.
  • Entrepreneurial drive: high energy, persistence, and excitement about B2B commerce—and winning market share for Sana Commerce.
