Edelman Toronto is seeking a bold, insightful and passionate candidate to join our fast growing and constantly evolving national Creator Marketing team as an Account Executive, focusing on some of the world's largest and sought after clients.
You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day execution of creator programs, working with a team of experts on creator sourcing, program development, and program execution of cross-platform creator brand integrations. You will also support specialized areas of expertise, including digital, social, creative, and paid media.

Responsibilities:
Evaluate creator and talent partners, including social media content creators, speakers, thought leaders, advocates, small business owners, athletes and more, to determine their suitability for clients based on established criteria
Manage creator partnerships from proposal to management and reporting through final invoice payment
Assist in campaign execution from start to finish including creator identification, outreach and negotiation, management of deliverables, and campaign reporting
Lead executional tactics for offline / online activations with creators
Actively source opportunities for creator programming with existing clients and provide strategic recommendations on how creators can amplify current and future initiatives
Participate in agency billing and invoicing procedures
Support all influencer contracts, payments and POs
Demonstrate a collaborative, hard-working, team spirit focused on serving the team and the needs of the client
Contribute to program recaps and reporting
Stay informed about social and cultural trends relevant to influencer and content creator landscapes
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of relevant full-time experience in Digital, Content, or Brand Marketing including social media and community management
Passion for creator marketing and its evolving landscape
Interest in and ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers/content creators, agents, and managers
Understanding and knowledge of popular social platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, Threads, Twitter/X
Possess strong writing and verbal communication skills
Have exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to conduct research and summarize findings effectively
Able to work effectively with all levels of internal contacts (junior staff, peers, and senior staff)
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and work effectively across clients by efficiently prioritizing tasks and completing multiple items under deadline
Are a communicative and proactive self-starter who takes initiative in their work
Preferred Qualifications:
1 or more years within creator-specific marketing, including identification of creators, managing creator programs, outreach strategies, content planning, contracting/negotiations, paid promotion and reporting
Past experience working with tech or financial services clients, or have interest in working with tech and financial services clients
Have proven experience in overseeing the quality and operational performance of accounts, ensuring work quality and deadline adherence
Experience working with multiple tiers of influencers and supporting programs across multiple digital channels
Knowledge of best practices for all top social media platforms and guidelines
Experience driving influencer partnership negotiations using language that bridges the gap between brand goals and influencers requirements
Basic understanding of metrics, ability to gather/build metrics decks, and basic knowledge of additional measurement tactics to demonstrate success of programming
Have identified and planned against KPIs and goals for campaigns
