The ideal candidate has a hunter mindset — someone who thrives on building pipelines, generating leads, and converting opportunities into lasting partnerships. You will work closely with the Head of Sales and Wholesale Manager to identify and onboard new accounts, help expand our global presence, and support the continued growth of one of the fastest-developing functions within the company.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving, evolving environment and can adapt quickly as priorities shift within a high-growth team. We welcome candidates from a variety of sales backgrounds, including wholesale, technology, and business development, who are eager to grow their careers working with a premium retail brand.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify, research, and reach out to new wholesale and dropship partners, focusing on independent and boutique retailers worldwide.
Build and maintain a strong and qualified pipeline using tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, and Lusha for prospecting and lead generation.
Sales Pipeline & Outreach: Create and manage outreach sequences in HubSpot, monitor performance, and refine approaches to improve conversion rates. Support the Wholesale Manager in outreach initiatives, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM and sales databases.
Account Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding of new wholesale and dropship accounts, coordinating with internal teams across operations, logistics, finance, and creative to ensure a smooth and timely setup.
Onboarding Documentation: Create, update, and manage onboarding materials and processes, ensuring partners receive all necessary assets and operational information.
Trade Show Operations: Support planning and logistics for key trade shows and sales events, including sample coordination, collateral preparation, and post-show lead follow-up.

You are highly motivated, commercially minded, and target-driven, with a genuine passion for business growth and relationship-building. You enjoy the challenge of sourcing and converting new leads, take pride in delivering a smooth onboarding experience, and have an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in fast-paced environments.
You are also flexible and adaptable, comfortable navigating change as priorities shift in a fast-growing function. You take ownership of your work, stay proactive under pressure, and see change as an opportunity to learn and improve.
You may come from a wholesale, technology, or B2B sales background — what matters most is your drive, curiosity, and willingness to learn. You are creative, resourceful, and proactive, with the confidence to take ownership of outreach strategies and continuously improve how we approach new business.
