The Anders Technology department of one of the fastest-growing professional services firms in the country is seeking an Account Executive who is motivated to help clients innovate and grow leveraging leading technology solutions and services. This is a true hunter role focused on outbound prospecting, building a strong pipeline, and closing new managed services and technology consulting engagements.  Our Account Executive will have a direct impact on our firm’s mission of serving as a catalyst for those striving to achieve their highest potential.

Our team specializes in managed services (MSP), cybersecurity, cloud solutions, automation, analytics, and AI-driven business transformation. Our broad expertise spans multiple platforms and technology vendors, as well as a Microsoft Partner. We deliver best-fit solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. The Account Executive is responsible for driving growth and expanding Anders Technology’s market presence by developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with new and existing clients, and promoting our full suite of technology solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and staying informed on industry trends to deliver value to our clients.


What You’ll Do:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue and profit goals for Anders Technology’s solution portfolio.
  • Build and nurture net-new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and targeted outreach
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing, ensuring a steady flow of qualified prospects.
  • Work closely with sales management, technical teams, and external partners to advance opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Communicate Anders Technology’s value proposition and capabilities including MSP, cybersecurity, cloud, automation, analytics, and AI services in a way that resonates with client needs and business objectives.
  • Stay informed about competitors and market trends to effectively position Anders Technology’s offerings and differentiate our value.
  • Collaborate with other Anders service lines to deliver full solutions and introduce additional firm capabilities.
  • Represent Anders Technology at industry events, conferences, and local organizations to build market awareness and generate demand.
  • Continuously update your knowledge of technology trends, products, and best practices to remain a trusted advisor to clients.

  • Achievement of new client acquisition and revenue targets
  • Growth and health of sales pipeline
  • Win rates and average deal size
  • New annual recurring revenue closed
  • Contribution from partner-sourced and co-sell opportunities

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven track record of selling managed services and technology consulting solutions, with the ability to clearly articulate business value to executive and technical buyers.
  • Strong understanding of the MSP business model and the ability to communicate the benefits of managed services.
  • Experience selling a diverse range of technology solutions outside of Managed Services, including AI, automation, analytics, cybersecurity, cloud, and related consulting services.
  • Consultative sales skills, with the ability to engage C-suite and functional leaders and translate business needs into technology solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams and external partners to drive sales cycles and deliver client value.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems for pipeline management and forecasting and experienced with RFP/RFI processes is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and time management skills.

 

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience selling managed services (MSP) solutions and/or technology consulting solutions to enterprise, large and/or mid-market clients, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

 

Work Location: 

  • Ideal candidate will be located in or near Columbus, OH to drive net‑new local account acquisition, while also supporting national account development.
  • This is a remote position, supported by a home office setup and targeted local marketing investment and programs.
  • Travel expected 20%–30% for client meetings, team collaboration, and events.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The estimated annual total compensation range for this position which is posted in this job is $130,000 - $250,000, which includes a base salary and incentive compensation. Total compensation is dependent on achieved performance to agreed to targets, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Total compensation will be discussed in greater detail with candidates during the interview process. 

The stated pay scale reflects the range that Anders reasonably expects to pay for this position.  The actual pay rate for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and firm business practices.

$130,000$250,000 USD
